Ben ik met financial lease eigenaar van de auto?
Na het sluiten van het contract ben je direct economisch eigenaar van de auto. Totdat de auto is afbetaald blijft de financieringsmaatschappij juridisch eigenaar. De auto staat namelijk als onderpand op het contract. Na volledige afbetaling ben jij juridisch eigenaar.    
Wat is een slottermijn?
Een slottermijn is een restantbedrag waar je niet over aflost. Hierdoor valt het maandbedrag lager uit.     
Wat is het verschil tussen een marge en btw auto?
Over een BTW auto is de BTW nog niet betaald. Dit betaal je als ondernemer in eerste instantie zelf maar kan je terugvorderen bij de belastingdienst.

Bij een marge auto is de BTW wel al betaald door een particulier en daarom is een marge auto vrij van BTW. Je hoeft dus als ondernemer niets voor te schieten, maar het BTW voordeel valt wel weg en belasting is niet meer terug te vorderen.    
Kan ik als startend ondernemer financieren?
Ja zeker, je hoeft in de meeste gevallen geen jaarcijfers te overhandigen om een financial lease te kunnen afsluiten. Vaak is wel een aanbetaling vereist. Vraag naar de voorwaarden.    
Kan ik de auto privé tenaamstellen?
Ja, dit is mogelijk als je privé mee tekent op de Financial Lease overeenkomst. Houd er wel rekening mee dat je geen btw kan terugvorderen als je voor deze optie kiest.    
Wanneer kom ik in aanmerking voor Financial Lease?
Als je ingeschreven bent bij Kamer van Koophandel dan kom je in aanmerking voor Financial Lease. Na een aanvraag beoordeelt de bank de exacte mogelijkheden. Een financial lease vraag je aan via dit formulier
